总的来说,雅加达的机场没比菲律宾的好到哪里去,机场人也很多,且机场建设费也要单独购买,13万呀!换好了登机牌,来到休息室,人也很多。抢座吃口东西赶去登机门了。不过就像我上篇文章里说的,只要含有第5航权的航班,飞机基本都比较坑人,不能准点,而土航这班雅加达到新加坡自然也是第5航权

如果说过去的几年了,那个发展中国家的航空公司最舍得花钱的话,这个一定要非土耳其航空莫属了。买一堆新飞机,且公务舱用的都是大皮衣,180度躺平,座 位也比别的公司宽很多。机上娱乐系统的电视屏幕也很大,节目也很多。可以说,从硬件来讲,这家公司已经无可挑剔了。但是这并不能说土航是世界上一流公司, 因为,他们的服务太糙了。

先说这个航段,虽然飞行时间不是很长,可汉莎只要有一顿热菜,而土航呢,只准备了几片菜叶子。而机上的空乘们好像都忙的不行了,但是不知道在忙什么。我要给几片菜叶子加点调料,再我提醒后,从我身边走过了2次都忘了。我了要几片面包,同样在我身边走来走去,都我水果都吃完了,才想起来。一个一流的航空公司拥有优秀的硬件只是一部分,其它的一系列配套的到位才是关键。这其中就包括机上和地面的服务。虽然我走哪都说汉莎的硬件差,但是我永远都说汉莎是世界上所有航空公司应该学习的典范,其高质量的电话客服,机上和地面的服务绝对是世界领先的。而土航在除了硬件方面,都和汉莎相差甚远。

    TROY你关于汉莎的论述很有意思,因为个人经历的隔壁的法航在米国前往欧洲以及欧洲洲内航班的商务舱服务水平上讲, 法航(差)现在和汉莎的差距的确挺大的.

  2. 哈哈,土航空乘的服务质量确实有待提高,关键感觉土耳其人就是这个性格。上次要饮料,我说苹果汁,那空姐哦了声然后开始倒橙汁,另外一个空姐小声提醒她,她呆了下还是继续倒橙汁,无语啊。
    土航上的杂志说它是欧洲最佳航空公司,这个还差很远。。。

  3. 菜叶子是够坑人的!可能他们认为亚洲人饭量小吧,当初坐PVG-IST的时候那个半夜的饭量够两个我吃了。

  5. 圣诞节坐了次汉莎的CATTLE CLASS回上海,机座娱乐系统有问题,按灯叫空乘,都没人理应,现在的服务啊。。。
