第二步，选择任何你想要的酒店，下面我就用苏梅这个做例子，你可以选择不同的房型，点击后右边一般会出现2个方法，第一个是拍卖，第二个是直接买。直接买的价格一般会比拍卖归一点。

定了一个酒店，提交了一个日期，结果说没房，说再跟酒店协商，这两天打了好几个电话了。到现在既没房，也不同意退钱，也不敢定别的酒店。好像不太靠谱。
刘总，不知你是否遇到过以下情况？有何建议？
网站客服说我这次选的日期里有一天肯定没有房间了，而且说拍卖的东西肯定不能退。再多次打电话后，最后一个客服说必须至少提交三次不同日期若都没有房间才可能退款。三次，而且还是可能。那个客服提出的方案是要么你改个时间，要么中间酒店没房的那天你自费去别地住，但他们不退钱；要么你选别的日期。关键是我机票已经定了，若他们那几天没房，我只能选别的酒店。
