达美里程兑换法航的系统错误的解决方案

听说，最近达美的网站定不了法航的奖励票了，电话上也不行。

据说，目前的解决方案是达美的亚洲客服可以看到并且预定到

北京的达美客服电话也是接到新加坡的，曾经新加坡拥有最优秀的客服，后来几乎集体辞职，我就再也不打了。不知道近阶段的客服业务水平怎么样了。

  2. Yes, Singapore had the best, they were Northwest people, I talked to them a few times. But Delta sucks, I left, don’t know much about them anymore. Sorry to hear they left too.
