原来希尔顿是这样看待他们的奖励计划的

Randy Peterson 近期采访了希尔顿市场部的高级副总裁,问了对他们常住客计划最近涨价的想法。这位仁兄是这么说的(比较长,我就捡重点说了)

“我们过去对你们这些人很好,很大方呀,不过我们并没有从你们这得到什么,你们都是一群算的贼精的人,就算比别人兑换的点数低,也就你们关心,大众不关心。而我们是需要大众的。你们不是喜欢花点数吗?好,我把点数提高,你慢慢的挣你的分数。”

Randy再问:你们怎么不给高级会员免费上网呀,别人都给。

这位仁兄答道:“不是给了吗?会员福利3选一让你选,不过你们都不选,你们觉得升级和早饭比上网重要,那就怨不得我了”

还有这句话“for example, we talk about our no blackout dates policy and we don’t capacity control likes others do”谁?那个竞争对手?好像除了PCR没人干这事了吧?

我觉得这哥们就是一脑残了,我记得上次好像也是他,采访说“懂积分计划那些人没用,我们从他们那里搞不到钱,还要送这送那”

我估计,一旦有一天喜达屋和凯悦的覆盖率超过或接近希尔顿,希尔顿就可以拜拜了。
